The A+ Wellness Club

 

Our Wellness Club is designed for people who would prefer to pay cash or who have high deductibles or wish to use the funds in their Health Savings Accounts. Contact our office directly for more information. Standard rates include:

 

Annual membership fee of $200, just under $17 per month

Cost per visit of $50

Our Premium membership ($500 annual fee) includes a 10% discount on all in-office procedures, specialty services, and labs!

 

With a Premium membership, you also receive 24/7 access to our Fitness Center! Call or stop by our office to learn more!
